Some interesting facts about the author through an interview : K (Interviewer): When did Uzuki-san decide to pursue the profession as a "manga artist"? U: It was about two years ago that I decided to aim for it in earnest. K: What made you want to do that? U: At that time, I was reading a lot of shojo manga. However, in each of the works, I felt that "I do Kyun Kyun (cute stuff), but I don't have a boy of my own type." So I searched for other things, but even so nothing's came to mind. When I thought "what should I do?", I realized "Oh, let's draw it myself." Then I started drawing. K: It's a surprising opportunity ...! However, it's not something you can draw right away when you want to draw it. Have you been drawing before? U: I originally liked drawing. But I have never drawn manga. K: Eh!? Then, there's no particular application for the work ...? U: Well, until two years ago when I started drawing in earnest, I had no such experience. It feels like I started drawing by imitating the appearance. K: I think you'll be drawing a lot of works from now on, but what kind of shojo manga artist do you want to be? U: I want to be a manga artist who can express my sensibilities and values in my work. But I think it's quite difficult. I don't think there are many people who can express what they have in mind.
